Privacy Policy

MyLeadFinder (“we”, “us”) is a B2B sales intelligence service operated by SotaTek Korea Co., Ltd. (주식회사 소타텍코리아), Business Registration No. 339-87-02794, 6F, Yanghwa Tower, 5 Teheran-ro 20-gil, Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. You can reach us at hello@myleadfinder.app.

We process: (a) account data you provide (name, work email, workspace and billing details); (b) product usage and diagnostics; and (c) business information about companies and public professional contacts, gathered from publicly available and licensed sources to power signals, scoring and research.

To provide and secure the service, detect buying signals, qualify accounts, generate research and outreach drafts, meter usage and billing, support you, and comply with law. We do not sell your personal data.

If you choose to connect your Google account to send outreach from your own mailbox, MyLeadFinder requests a single, narrowly scoped Google permission: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/gmail.send (“Send email on your behalf”). Connecting Gmail is entirely optional; the rest of the service works without it.

What we do with it. We use this permission for one purpose only: to send the specific email messages that you compose in MyLeadFinder and explicitly choose to send, delivered from your own Gmail account so replies come back to you. We do this only at the moment you click send.

What we never do. The gmail.send scope does not grant read access, and we do not read, list, download, store, modify or delete your emails, drafts, inbox, labels or contacts. We do not use your Gmail data to train AI models, for advertising, or for any purpose other than sending the messages you author.

Tokens & storage. To send on your behalf we store the Google OAuth refresh token issued when you connect. It is held securely on our server only, is never exposed to your browser, and is used solely to obtain short-lived access tokens that send your messages. We do not store the contents of sent messages beyond what is needed to deliver them.

Revoking access. You can disconnect Gmail inside MyLeadFinder at any time, or revoke access directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. On revocation we can no longer send from your account and we delete the stored token.

Limited Use disclosure. MyLeadFinder’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Some features use AI models to summarize public information and draft content for you. For these features we use Anthropic (Claude) as our AI subprocessor. Inputs are sent only to generate your results and operate the service; our AI provider processes this data under contract and does not use it to train its models. We do not send your Gmail content to AI providers.

We do not sell your personal data or share it for advertising. We share data only with subprocessors that help us run the service, each under contract and only as needed to provide it:

• Supabase — database & authentication
• Vercel — application hosting & delivery
• Anthropic — AI processing (signals, research, drafts)
• Resend — transactional & outreach email delivery
• Google — sending email via the Gmail API when you connect your account
• Paddle — payments, subscriptions & billing (Merchant of Record)

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations, then delete or anonymize it. We apply industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, role-based and least-privilege access controls, isolation of secret keys and tokens in server-only environments (never exposed to the browser), and regular access and dependency reviews.

Depending on your location (e.g. GDPR/CCPA), you may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact hello@myleadfinder.app. For companies and contacts in our business dataset, we honor removal requests at the same address.

Data may be processed in the Republic of Korea and other countries where we or our subprocessors operate, under appropriate safeguards. We may update this policy; material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date and, where required, notified to you.
